Slip Requirements

Use this form to request a slip at the Driscoll Mission Bay Marina. Once submitted we will follow up for additional information which includes:

• Copy of the owner’s driver’s license or state ID – ID must match insurance/registration and name on guest
  application.
• Recent photo of the boat – Preferably a broadside view with registration number or vessel name legibly viewed.
• Current registration or documentation – If you recently purchased the boat, all boat documents must match insurance, registration, ID, and name on guest application.
• Proof of insurance – Current proof of insurance with $500,000 minimum worth of protection and indemnity coverage including pollution/wreck removal with Driscoll Mission Bay listed as additional insured.
• Current utility bill – water or electric of current residence.
• Vessel Survey – (preferably out of water survey) to ensure that all safety, maintenance, and operational standards are met.
